DESCRIPTION:WHAT IS CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Since 1983\, April has been designated as Child Abuse Prevention Month. A pinwheel connotes playfulness\, joy\, and childhood. It has come to serve as a physical reminder of the great childhoods we want for all children.
