About
The race to end child abuse is back! Join our One Too Many 5K in conjunction with New York State Children’s Alliance because one child abused is one too many. There are so many ways you can join the cause and help support children served by the CPCA. Register to complete a 5K, start your own team, donate or sponsor! Register and complete a 5K for your chance to win a prize.

How to Participate Virtually
Complete Your 5K
Complete your 5K any way you’d like (run, walk, hike, bike, etc.) anytime between Sept. 16th-18th. Get creative!
Share on Social Media
Post to social media, tag the CPCA, and use the hashtags #OneTooManyCPCA5K and #OneTooManyNY5K. You can also submit your photos/videos to kguinan@thecpca.org. There will be prizes!

Come cheer on or complete your 5K with Arlington Professional Firefighters, Town of Poughkeepsie PBA, and other first responders as they duke it out in a Battle of the Badges. Listen to the audio from Q92 below to learn more.
Kids will also have some excitement finding the 5 Kangaroos in a Kids Fun Run hosted by Marie Hughes of Fit4Mom.
